Note that the price calculator doesn’t cover every circumstance, so please do get in touch if you find it doesn't cover your needs or won’t give you a sensible price.  We will try to be flexible.  

Please note that a typical weekend hire - Friday afternoon to 4pm Sunday afternoon is counted as two days rather than three.

You must include group leaders, teachers and any other helpers in the Group Size 

Pricing is inclusive of use of equipment, electricity, hot water & broadband

"Local"  is defined as people living in the 3 Community Council Areas closest to the Big Shed:  Killin & Ardeonaig, Kenmore and District, Glenlyon & Loch Tay.  

However,  the Big Shed aims both to encourage local business and to provide opportunities from which local people can benefit, so if you want to run a workshop, retreat or similar at the Big Shed, local rates extend to Aberfeldy, Crianlarich and Lochearnhead.

The Big Shed is committed to the preservation and conservation of the natural environment,  sustainable rural development and sustainable rural livelihoods. So if you think your event meets one or more of those criteria, it will also qualify for local rates.
