Sadhita is back at the Big Shed for a one day workshop taking as its theme ” Yoga as a Way to Self Transformation” .
If you haven’t attended a workshop with Sadhita before, here is a little more information.
Sadhita has practiced yoga for 20 years and has been engaged in teaching for more than 15 years. He has given classes, workshops courses and more recently has co-founded a yoga teacher training program at 200hrs and 500hrs level based upon buddhist principles of mindfulness. The workshop…
The practice will involve a five-fold approach to actively developing mindfulness based on two sequences: one more active and one more resting:
The five areas of mindfulness are: global awareness, specific sensations, breathing, emotional states mental states
We will also do two short meditations with each yoga session.
Booking details
The workshop will start at 10.00 and finish about 2.00 and will be followed by a home-made vegetarian lunch. It costs £50
