Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and mantras. It is a blend of physical and spiritual practices, the goal of which is to awaken kundalini energy, increase physical vitality and increase consciousness.

The workshop will consist of some yoga games, an active practice session and relaxation/meditation

Bring vegetarian lunch to share after the workshop – 13.00 onwards
